TEAM INSURANCE POLICY
Sports Vacations offers team insurance for packages to large events including the Super Bowl, BCS Championship Game and Final Four. When the buyer opts for team insurance, they will be asked to select the team of their choice. If the team chosen does not advance to the championship, the buyer will have the right to receive a refund of their purchase as follows: For any payments made using a check, money order or cash payment, the buyer will receive a 100% refund within 5 business days of the team’s elimination from the championship in the form of a business check. When payments are made using a credit card, debit card or PayPal, Sports Vacations incurs a 3% non-refundable processing fee. In this case, the buyer will receive a 97% refund of their payment. This refund will be applied to the account used to make the purchase within 5 business days their team's elimination. Buyer has the right to not cancel their purchase even if their chosen team does not advance. In this case, Sports Vacations must be notified of the buyer’s intent to keep the package within 48 hours of their chosen team’s elimination.  |
